Q: Can you explain in which services Waterman is into?

A: Waterman is started with the vision to provide bulk supply of Beverages delivery right to your home across Vancouver.

Q: Do I need to create an account being a new customer?

A: We suggest our customers to signup for an account to enjoy benefits and know about offers. You can sign up on the homepage of our website. Customers can also continue to place their orders using Guest checkout option.

If you are interested in browsing our website, you can add items to your Cart, and it gives you option to shop later.

Q: Are there any charges to create an account with Waterman?

A: Waterman does not charge any fees or subscription for creating an account. Creating an account is always free at Waterman.

Q:  I lost my account password, what are the next steps?

A: Visit “My Account” option on the top right on our website home page and choose Recover password? option to recover your password.

 Still, if you are not able to use the new password or any Account related issues, please contact our support team at support@mrwaterman.ca

Q: Type of items sold on Waterman’s website?

A: Currently we sell all kind of beverages and food items. Our business teams are working on expanding to other categories.

Q: In which locations, does Waterman has delivery services?

A: Currently we deliver orders across Vancouver Region, you can view the map here at https://waterwaterman.myshopify.com/pages/delivery-areas

Q: Please confirm Waterman’s delivery timings?

A: All our Orders are planned to be delivered within 48 hours from the time of placing an order on our website.

Q: Does Waterman’s have customer support facility?

A:  Yes, we have dedicated customer support team who are engaged in assisting our customers in all the ways related to order placing, account related and disputes with order.

All the emails will be answered with 24 hours of receipt of email. We work from Monday to Saturday.

Q: When I create an account with Waterman’s, does my personal information is secure?

A: We believe in protecting our customer data without selling or sharing to third party vendors. Our software does not allow our team or employees to copy the data using any tools or techniques.

Some of the critical information is only visible to management team with special access.

Q: How I will be notified about Order Status or Order Confirmation?

A: As soon as your order is placed on our website, an automated confirmation email will be sent to your registered email account with the copy of order details.

Customers can also check the order status in your Account on our website.

Q: I need to know about order changes?

A:  For any order related changes / modifications, please contact our support staff at support@mrwaterman.ca

Q: How I will be notified about the successful Delivery?

A: Once our delivery team delivers the order at the address, our system will send you delivery confirmation email.

Q:  In case if customer is not available at the time of delivery?

A: Our Delivery department will make single attempt only to deliver the order and our staff will delivery the products as per the instructions given on the order.

Q: Is my Credit Card or banking payment details secure on Waterman’s website?

A: We do not store your Credit Card information, as the payment is being processed by our trusted merchant partners from their payment websites approved by Visa and Master Companies.

Q: Can I place an order for pickup?

A: We do not have pickup facility; customers can use our timely delivery services.

Q: Can I make changes to an existing order?

A: Once the order is placed and paid on our website, we cannot make changes. However, customers can place another order on our website, and we try to deliver both the orders at same time.
